Pricing
Pay for what each service does
Every Savvagent service meters the work it does for your organization and bills it monthly, in arrears, with no minimum for production use. Plans add features on top. Prices are in US dollars, per organization.
Plans
Usage prices
What each service charges per unit each month. Tiers are graduated: a tier’s price applies only to the units within it.
How pricing works
Pay as you go, per service
Each service bills its own value meters for the work it does. Usage is invoiced monthly, in arrears, with no minimum for production use.
Management calls are free
The tool calls your agents make to manage a service are free under fair use. Only each service’s value meters are billed.
Plans buy features, not usage
A plan adds features such as extra seats and support. Usage is priced the same on every plan.
A budget for each service
Owners and admins can set a monthly budget per service, with alerts as spend approaches it and an optional hard stop.
Questions
- Is there a minimum or a commitment?
- There is no minimum for production use. Each month you are invoiced, in arrears, for what each service metered. A paid plan is billed for its features, separately from usage.
- Is usage counted separately for each service?
- Yes. Each service has its own meters and its own budget, so usage in one service never stops work in another.
- Can we cap what a service costs?
- Yes. Owners and admins can set a monthly budget for each service. Alerts warn as spend approaches it, and an optional hard stop halts that service’s billable calls at the budget while its free calls keep working.
- Can we change plans?
- Yes. Write to us and we’ll change your plan.
- What is Enterprise?
- A plan with a price and terms agreed with you, for organizations that need more than the self-serve plans. Write to us to set it up.
